Choosing replacement AC Compressor, need help

Hey guys,

I have a 1990 325is in which the [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue !important]AC [COLOR=blue !important]compressor[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] failed.. I am trying to figure out a decently priced replacement but cannot figure out which one to get.

I was looking at the $120 range priced ones on ebay. Can anyone tell me if they are reliable or which one is better?


I emailed all 3 of these sellers with my details and that image and they stated it will work...
I am waiting to hear from the first one regarding my model being a 10P15E and that one being a 10pa17C

Ive been looking up these units for the past few days and have noticed that they seem to be the same (perhaps with different mounting brackets?) as some of the Hondas from those years; Accord and Acura Legend from late 80s.. is this true? Will they fit?


In general I am surprised to see a Denso unit on a BMW

10p15e is what you should use if you have a late model m20. You can't just use any compressor because your lines are specific to the compressor itself.
