I didnt think much of it when mine was making noise. But it got wayyy worse when i got my Borbets on. I drove home from the shop with the brake screaming the entire way home. when i arrived, the wheel has literally thrown part of the pad all over the wheel and the rotor was almost on fire. replaced the entire caliper that night.

Friction can create quite a lot of heat.

Couldnt get the caliper off tonight, was on tight, just going to wait till tomorrow. Ill take the whole thing and wash it, not gonna mess with disconnecting the hydraulic system. Just wash it where it sits.
