    Header Bolts?

Well i have done this before and evertime its just a pain to get off.

What is the best method to getting these lil bastards off the easiest?

So far i have the 325e muffler removed and now it leaves me to remove the rest and then on goes the 325i exhaust YAY! :P

BTW i am asking how to remove the other bolts not the bolts that attach the header to the cylinder head.

The new bolts are a 16mm socket, I used a short socket with a Universsal joint next then a 12 inch extension then either a 4 or 6 inch extension and a ratchet. Spray them a day before with some sort of bolt penitrating oil.

You arent going to like this idea, but it will work for you, I promise :)

Hose the nuts you want to remove with PB Blaster, then start the motor up.

Get her up to operating temp.

      Put the leather gloves on.

The nut will now break free with ease.
