Turn signals don't work when headlights on

Wierd issue following my motor swap:

Car starts and drives fine no issues. Turn signals work fine.

When I pull the headlight switch the headlights do not work. Fog lights do not work. Signals do not work. Both the turn signal lights and the fog light indicator lights on the gauge cluster come on solid.

Any ideas on where to start looking?

I'd have to look at the wiring diagrams to be absolutely sure, but my initial suspicion is that there is something wrong in the wiring. My recollection is that the turn signal light circuits are completely separate from the headlight & parking light circuits.

Found a nice big pack of ground wires behind the abs brick that I forgot to hook back up

any more specific on the pack of wires? I am looking for that pack as I am having a similar issue. Looking at the fuse box with my diagram now....
