Unless you had a jumper in the fuel pump relay socket, something is wrong as the pump should only run when the DME sees timing data from a rotating engine.
The pump should not be that loud. It will make noise if there is an obstruction in the rail supply or return lines (clogged filter, obstructed line) or if the transfer pump on an early car is bad (or the the line to the high pressure pump is obstructed). If the pumps are good and the system is operating properly you should just barely hear a hum from the pumps if you jumper the relay socket and you should not be able to hear the pumps at all over an idling engine.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Get yourself a new pump. That sound means your pump is not very happy. It is working very hard. Something is blocking the outlet or the bearing is going bad. BTW, the pump should not be on when the engine is off (I did not hear the car running in the video).
