    Control Arm Ball Joint Replacement

With all the recent drama about my control arm and tie rod situation -> http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=59531

It made me curious about how hard is it to actually replace the ball joints in the control arms and is it just as good as replacing the whole control arm? Do the control arms themselves go bad or are they fine to reuse with new ball joints?

you can replace them, but by the time you buy the joints and pay a shop to press them in, you are at or near the cost of new ones.

Yeah.. I just noticed the other control arm thread. FCP Groton seems to have a really good deal. $75 per CA for the Lemforders and shipping is not that bad either. Like $10.82 for 2 Control Arms, 2 Tie Rods, and the locking plates.
