my friend is looking into an 84 323. Can the head from a 325 US fit on a euro 323 and work without motifications? The car sounds like it may of been overheated

as long as its a 325 and not an i or later model super eta, you shouldnt encounter a drop in compression ratio either as the heads come from the same casting (the original E21 "200" casting). The 323i head is better flowing though, it has larger inlet ports.Just a little project im working on
