Need quick help!

I took out my steering wheel today to take out my cluster. There's a little bar that looks the steering in and it's completely stuck. I tried putting the key in and tried putting the steering wheel in aswell. Any advice?

Turn the key to the on position.

Put the wheel back on w/o the nut the wiggle the wheel while you turn the key should unlock it.

Tried that aswell. The bar is tilted isn't it suppose to be straight ?

Thanks for the help guys. I fixed the problem. The steering wheel lock pin was just stuck. I broke it off and it now works. I am going to install a new lock pin tommorow.
