Cluster and dash lights not working

Hi, I just recently put my e30 back together. I had the dash out and ever since I put it back together my cluster or none of the lights on my dash work. The only lights that Work are the window switches and stereo lights. Everything else is out. Did I miss a ground somewhere? Where do I start?

That could be a bad dimmer in the light switch.
