Roll Bar

I want to put a roll bar in my 88 325i convertible and don't know where to start? Any suggestions. I really want it to look nice, I have seen a Mazda by home and he has a roll bar that is right behind his head and I think it is chrome. Thats what I would like.

you'll need a shop to make you a custom bar. No one makes an "off the shelf" roll bar for e30 cabrios.

I am trying to do plans in autocad but it is hard as hell so I am just trying to find a company that might have already done a custom bar for a cabrio.
