    Check Engine Light

    Hey guys,

Maybe you can help me with this problem. My check engine light came on so I pulled over to check it out and shut the car off, then went to start the car and it wouldnt start. I looked around a bit and tried it again and nothing... Let the car sit for another few min. and it started up no problem. Since then its be starting fine but now the idle doesnt drop down where it should sit around (850 RPM) it stays around 1000 RPM for a second or two and then drops down to the proper idle. I checked the code and its reads 3 flashes and then a pause and then the light just stays on. I'v checked out the air flow sensor and everthing looks to be working correctly. If you guys have any thoughts that would be great...

    Thanks
    -Jordan

the fact that it wouldn't start after you killed it sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me, but as far as the idle, i don't know.
