    "high" beams

Where do you start troubleshooting issues with high beam lights?

Issue: I can flash my highs, but when I try turning them on (push the lever away) nothing happens, the lows stay on, but no highs, they do not come on.

FYI - I have about half a dozen of different relays and I tried them all, and has not changed for the better, I'm thinking it is not relay related, but switch or wire issue.

    I'd say its the lever/switch

Any one can point me to the right direction where to start on troubleshooting the lever?

I tried all sorts of relays and none helped, so I'm not inclined to think this is relay issue, I'm not however 100% on this

Fuses are good, but I'm just assuming wiring is correct, since I can flash the highs, they just don't stay on.

First, make sure the connection on pin 3 and 4 in connector C202 are good.
Basically your lever switch completes the ground to the headlight relay. On the lever switch:

                - the brown wire should be grounded all the time
                - the yellow wire should be grounded when you turn on (pull) the headlight switch on the left side of the dash
                - the white wire should be grounded when you pull the lever to flash or push it for high beams

If you push the lever for high beams and the white does not go to ground the switch is bad. You may be able to fix it if you can get to the contacts and clean them - I've never tried this so I don't know if its possible.

I've had fuses that appeared to be good that did not work.
