As title says, it's just locked up, key won't insert. Steering wheel is locked. Any ideas?

Either there is a broken off key in the tumbler or the tumbler pins are stuck/jammed. Spray a graphite bearing lock lube into the tumbler and try inserting the key. If that doesn't work, have a locksmith take a look at it.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
