rear passenger side suspension is making a fairly noticeable clunking noise during low speed driving, especially over bumps and dips. any ideas on what this could be? is it still safe to drive?

Start with rear shock mounts. That's the most likely one. You need to fix it before the shock tower gets torn out, but it's cheap and easy to do. Win-win.2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD LBZ/Allison
