I'm looking to upgrade a lot of my suspension soon (springs, swaybars, etc.) and one of the things I planned on doing was replacing all my bushings with hard plastic or metal bushings.
However, since I'm cheap, an engineer, and have access to a machine shop, I thought I could save a lot of money by turning my own. However, I have no real idea what size they need to be. Sure, I could take my suspension apart and try to measure, but it'd be a lot more convenient to turn the parts first and install them in one shot.
So I wondered if anyone had dimensions or drawings for various bushings: CAB, RTAB, subframe, diff, even motor & trans mounts.
