I have no clue what this is but when I start the car sometimes the windows wont roll down and the lock switch thing isn't on ever I checked, but as soon as I turn the key all the way off and back on the windows will work?? What the hell is this? Also I left my fan switch on, on accident when turning the car off but when I turned the car back on later the windows did not work as long with the fan didn't work? They both were cured when turning the key all the way back and starting the car again. This is exceptionally annoying because I will start driving down the road then want to roll my windows down and they wont roll down!!!!
Help diagnose.. hopefully.

Ya sounds like the relays. Cause my windows don't in down in first position so it sound like when you go to the next one either they aren't getting power or just not actuating

I agree. Unloader relays are the place to start.
Have you recently changed your starter or ignition switch? If so, go back adn recheck those connections. If not, the attached thread might be of help.
