    Did I buy the wrong lock trunk?

    I ordered a trunk lock for my 86' eta because I never had keys to lock it. I ordered one on eBay and now I'm stumped. Do I need to swap over the end of the cylinder onto my new lock?

    Left = old lock
    Right = new lock Part # 51241904514.

    Does your car have central locking?
    The one on the left looks like it has an arm for the trunk actuator, right one doesn't.

      Yeah it does. You think that might be why? I'm gonna try and take apart the one I bought and see if I can swap it over.

        Go to your dealer with the car's VIN and order the right part.
        The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
