IE rear sway and luke box

Im concerned that the trunk floor reinforcement plates will interfere w a 10" luke box, anyone know?

Shouldnt be an issue, the IE plates bolt to the rear floor correct? The bolts dont stick up past the sound deadening so they're should be no problem.

the sound deadening has to be removed to run the lukebox its a tight fit

I have both (sway reinforcements and 10" Luke box) in my 318is (no sound deadening) - no issues.
