Is anyone running a GC setup with softer rates? Everyone is talking about how stiff their springs are, but after rolling around in an OBX-fitted car last night I don't think I can handle much. I'll be calling GC this week to discuss it, but does anyone have a reasonably comfortable ride with GC's and Koni SA's?

"Softer" GC rates in here?

They recommended 350f/475r to me when I ordered my springs from GC. It is on the softer side as you said, but it turned out to be a substantial improvement over my 'is' springs with enough stiffness to ratchet up the fun-factor without sending me to the dentist. Like was stated in a previous post, they are pretty good at setting you up with a spring rate that will work best for you.

I got 350/450 (I think). I can easily handle this, and plan to go stiffer one day. Different shock settings are night and day though, I just put them to full soft for daily cruising :P

Like Bryson, Ground-Control suggested 350/450 for me also. Maybe this is nice for those perfect California roads, but Illinois potholes tore up my rear springs in about a year. I hear their new barrell springs help with binding issues, but they are not as much of a true race spring.-Brandon
