Wasiest way to get a wire from engine bay to inside

I need to run a wire from my engine bay to like anywhere in my interior whats the best way of going about this without having to remove the dash and all

Either the right side of the engine bay where the engine harness goes to the ECU above the glovebox (goes through the firewall in the battery tray area) or on the left side underneath the fuse box where all those wires go through the firewall to the interior wiring harness.

or if there is no room, just drill a hole right beside it and paint the newly exposed metal with a matching color and put a new gromet in.

On the left side where the main fuse box harness enters the car, there are ussualy a few un-punched out holes in the large rubber gromet, just pop out on of the holes and run your wires threw.
