    start no crank!...weird issue

so last week my car wouldnt start...the battery seemed low...someone jumped my car, it started fine, drove home. parked it 2 days later it turned on like nothing had happened....did my thing came back parked the car, and it wouldnt start at all no noise, no starter noise ...i pushed it and started it, parked it, and wouldnt crank anymore...thinking it was the started, i replaced it with a spare i had, went to check my battery and was told the battery is bad...
came home and installed the battery again, and jumped it with cables, now it just cranks and cranks an doesnt start...
anything i should start with? its my daily so i really need it...im about to check the fusible link to see if its good..

ps. when i tried to turn it on the gauges move all over the place, po had an alarm and the alarm light turns on, the alarm doesnt work, the little chip on the alarm was taken off so it wouldnt work....never had a problem with it until sunday...

i have a good pump, no air leaks, good starter....
would a bad battery cause it not to start even when jumping it with another car???????

Sounds like you might have toasted the ecu when jumping it. Im not saying that is 100% what happened, but when you jumped it how did you have the cables hooked up?
I have friends who are EOD bro.

That's awesome. I have friends who make coffee for a living, but you don't see me rocking out a bunch of lattes

Well the ecu is good, just got it to work., check the fuel relay, main relay everything was in working order I had spark and fuel. So I called the person who changed the starter. He said he didn't move anything other than the manifolds to get it out. I check for stuff disconnected and found the crank position sensor was unplugged. Plug it in and jumped it and it worked.

For future References regarding jump start an engine...

        CAUTlON
On models equipped with on-board computers,
remove the computer fuses (fuse no. 10, 12, 21,
and 27) prior to quick-charging to prevent damaging
        the computer.

        Per Bentley manual.

wait... so the person who put the starter on didn't bother to see if it started afterwards?
