Anyone know the vacuum numbers for the m20 at idle and cruise?
Ive got 13-14 in.Hg at idle, and 18 in.Hg at ~2200. Seems low to me.

Sounds low, but if you have 390k on the engine, it seems about right.

Even with a 274 cam and a lot of idle lope it still had about the same amount. Im trying to track down a horrible idle response issue. Im wondering if I should check the valves to be sure they are all closing. closer to 400,000 now, compression is just fine.Old and improved:
