HELP!! electrical problems after dash install

i swapped out a new dash and now,

-my fuel pump is noisy(hi pitched whine) when engine is on? or is it suppose to sound like that
-one of my fog light doesn't work.
-radio doesnt work
-trunk light doesnt work

what could be the problem?

I heard a weird noise when i unscrewed the Motronic control unit. could it have messed up?


everything else works. the engine starts no problem

I did a test drive after swapping everything and

-check engine light came on
-left and right green double arrows at the bottom turned on (maybe wrong bulb placement?)
-I felt a slight power surge/deceleration for about 1 second,

and now the tachometer stopped working(was working when i drove around then stopped), help

found the problem, it was fuse #21!!!
