Car won't start... lights won't turn on HELP!!!

I was following the instructions that I've found on

and when I finish, the car won't start, the only thing that starts is the fan, and when I try to turn on the lights, they won't turn on...

What have I done bad??

I didn't buy a new relay, I used the same relay

re-trace everything to make sure you didn't short something. or bust out the bently manual and check all the electrical things u messed with...

that is of course... your batteries aren't drained, cuz that sounds like a drained battery.

all right, the light problems were corrected, it was a loose wire, but I don't know why the car won't start... I am right now charging the battery to see if the problem was the batt..
