    cold weather=no start ('95 525i)

My little brother has a '95 525i that is have some starting issues in cold weather. All dash lights and such come on but the car will not turn over. It seems start fine later in the day after the sun has been shining on it. I know this is a difficult issue to track down but maybe someone has had this issue...

The first checks would be for power to the starter solenoid, power to the starter, and grounding of the starter case. If those all check out, the starter becomes the primary suspect.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
