Trying to figure out what lowering springs I have.

I bought another E30 and this one is lowered. I'm trying to figure out what brand of lowering springs are on here. I've looked at them and they're red and have seen "7004-FRONT" stamped onto one of the front springs? Ring any bells? Need any more info? Knocks offs? H&R? Eibach?

My H&Rs are red. That probably doesn't help you any, but I figured I'd throw it in just in case ;-)

Do they have any markings on them that say H&R or a model number or anything? What color are eibach springs?

The eibach's I have seen are black.
Sorry, but I don't remember about any markings or numbers.
My car's stuck in the snow so I don't have any way of (comfortably)getting to the springs to look for you. (is it even visible without the car being on a lift?)
Sorry I can't be more help.

Oh contraer (sp?) My ST springs are grey probably cheaper then gold to get powdercoated because I know when we do railing black and white are dirt cheap

B+g maybe? They are red. If they are as soft as a sponge cake like mine then thats what they are.

I pulled off the rear wheel to look at the rear spring it's red and has '7002-HD REAR' or it says '7002-11D REAR' printed on it. There is a smudge in the middle of the 'HD' or '11D'. Guess I'll never know what brand they are. I was asking because I wanted to install shocks and struts that would match them.
