No Tach/ No mpg>>Fuse 10&21 good?

I attempted to wire up an analog clock today, disconnected the battery,
wired the clock up to my original harness, reconnected battery, now
no tach/no mpg/no clock. I checked fuse 10 and 21 both of which are good.
Any idea what to check next?

undo what you did and check it again?

I'm going to make sure it's not the fuses, if that doesn't do it,
I guess I'm going to have to pull the cluster and look for burns,
hopefully it's just bad batteries.
