Starter Repair Kit

Is there such a thing in the market? My solenoid is good but the starter does not engaged; I checked everything and this is the conclusion the starter is bad.
I want to know if there is a repair kit or do i need to bite the bullet and get me a rebuilt one from ebay for $75

I've never hear of a starter rebuild kit. An auto electric house might be able to rebuild it.

ive never seen any starter rebuilding parts available for e30 starters. solinoids yes but nothing besides that. i would get a known good used starter if it was me, ive sold pretty fresh looking reman ones ive pulled off of parts cars for 40 bucks, its better then droping 100 on a new one from a no name company i feel.
