Help me identify these two wiring harnesses

How about passenger side? Fog lights?

Drivers side is as stated, DS front pad wear sensor. Route it back to the brake or just splice the two wires together if the light is on and bothers you.

Passenger side should be fog lights. I am guessing your car came without them, thus the plug is up with the headlights.

No, the fogs were disconnected when the bumper was painted but they are installed. Previous owner said they were never reconnected and that I need to splice the wires. But I don't see where the fog harness is supposed to connect to....

That plug plugs right into the back of the fog light housing, it's up high on the light IIRC.
