Odd noise at idle with video!

I have a weird noise at idle. It sounds like a gurgling noise. It only happens at idle (~700 RPM). If I give it a little gas and rev it past 1k the noise is completely gone. I don't have any videos but I'll try to take one tomorrow...

Does it sound like marbles or actual liquid gurgling?
    Could be the getrag rattle.

Sounds like could be getrag rattle, goes away when you press the clutch? Mine loves to rattle after a good trashing/drive

Not getrag noise AFAIK. It is too loud. Passengers will be like, "What's that noise/rumbling?"

I am in the process of uploading a youtube video..I went out to my car to record it.

Video: (turn up the volume a bit)

You can hear when I rev the noise will go away. When I let off the throttle the noise comes back heavily

Hmm don't sound like normal Getrag rattle.

What does pressing the clutch do? Could be a bad tob

Check the motor & transmission mounts for wear/distortion and check the exhaust.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

It almost has the same tone as your exhaust when you rev it.

Exhaust leak at the headers/o2 area?
                  Loose belt?
I'd also look at the driveshaft joint

I seriously doubt it is an exhaust leak...I've had them before and it sounded nothing like this.
Loose belts...possibly. I'll check that out.

I haven't had a chance to check anything out, but I will soon and update this thread.

Figured out what the noise was. The engine was sagging due to worn out mounts and the oil pan would rattle against the skid plate. Replaced the trans mounts and the engine mounts. Here's pics of the old ones:
