windows and heater arent working

My 89 ix windows and heater aren't turning on.....when I get on it hard they somethings turn on for I second. I already checked relays k5 and k7 they work, however fuse 20 isn't getting power when I checked it ( yes I replaced it). Not sure where to go from here. I don't know shit about wiring. Help if anyone can.

Your starter is the issue. It is not sending the ground signal to the unloader relay. Replace starter with an oem replacement. Or ground the smallest wire on the solinoid. Just make sure you are groumding the correct wire (not starter engage wire) if you go this route.

Even tho the Heater/Air conditioner Auxiliary Radiator cooling fan fuse isn't getting power? I just don't know anything about this, I'm just irritated with this whole thing

The relay is where the power to the fuse comes from. Trust me on this, I have had to fix a few, one was even an 89 iX lol

Okay thanks! I just order one, should I replace the relays as well?

I wouldnt, but thats just preference. I am a cheap fucker. You might do it for peace of mind.
