SPRING RATES for GC coil overs

i am about to order the GC coil overs, and want to know what the best spring rate is for my car.... i am not too worried about it being too stiff.... just something that would be good for my car... 1990 325is koni SA shocks/struts, and e46 rear shock mount...
so if anyone has any experience with GC what would you recomend for spring rates.... i dont really car how stiff it is

Ask the guys when you order.

I'm thinking along the line of 375f/475r (Same as Stu's) but since I have an M20 and his rates are for an S50, I'm sure they'll get tweeked a bit.

You already have your shocks? If you are ordering the top adjustable Koni's, GC does not have them in stock until at least wednesday (I've been tyring to order for like 3 weeks, they were out of rears until they came in, and by then they were out of fronts :( )

i got my fronts brand new off of ebay for $120 shipped and i got the rears brand new... straight from germany for $90 shipped... i think i got a pretty sweet deal, i wasnt in that great of a hurry to get my suspension, so i guess it paid off.... $509 is the standard price, the best i could find was $414 on ebay for a set.... but i got mine for nearly half that..... thanks for the response tho
