easy question for super ETA owners!

Anyone know the spark plug type for the 1988 325E?

I tried the search function and found everything else but the plug type?

    Thanks in advance. Dave

      I need the type

      As in W8DC or W7LCR.

I'm in Germany and the car is a US spec model. I have a German guy that does my parts ordering, but he doesn't have anything listed for US models. The 325E's that he does have listed have different types of plugs for different years.

      Thanks for the help.

W8LCR. W7LCR will work as well.

I'm using the W9LCR, since older motors tend to have a little more blow-by and the hotter plug stays cleaner longer.

Yea you can get away with that on a Supereta because the compression is so low. A regular I may ping with those though.

              Thanks guys

I guess I'll go with the w8lcr's. Right now it runs on 5 cylinders until it warms up. After its been running a while it smooths out. I have a good cap, rotor, and wires that will be going on as well. Now if I could just get off my lazy ass and get to it........
