Should I clean my injectors or buy new ones?

So I'm finally coming around to getting my m20b25 refreshed and cleaned up.
I've been having some idling issues with it, and just want to either change out my injectors or clean them. Every since owning this motor, I've never really taken them out. I've been reading a little about them and people are saying to go with the mid 1990's ford mustang injectors?
What is the best route for me to go with? Get new injectors or just clean the ones I have?

In my opinion, have the ones in the car cleaned & flow tested. I use RC Engineering. Then have a smoke test run and fix the leaks it reveals.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I purchased cleaned/tested/new seals/filters injectors from a member on the forums here, I believe his names is MEPEH. Helped me out a lot and the price was great. I'd highly suggest him for whatever injectors you choose to go with.

            +1, can't beat the price.

If you're going to get bigger injectors you should get a chip to run them properly. I'm very happy with my Mark D chip and 17lb injectors. I prefer the 19lb injectors, but my car is a daily driver so I use the 17's for slightly better mileage.
