After pulling and installing the dash twice, all of my electrical issues have been resolved but one. My headlights wont turn on. Neither will the brights. The switch is plugged in, the dash lights turn on. I inspected the fuses, replaced the relays, and made sure the lights are actually plugged in. Still no go. It's gotta be some wire(s) under the dash, but what??

Try check wires possible loose or bad.

Well dont just go in blind and expect to find the problem.
Get a wiring diagram for the headlights, Test for power at the headlight plugs and work your way back.
