Just a question about m30 MAF

Hi: Thinking about putting a m30maf meter on my 86es.

    Want your opinion?

What do I have to do besides plug it in?
    Any problems with idle?
Will it really make any difference, other than on the race track.
My car has a JC chip, and I am planning on putting a is exhaust system.
    thanks for the info

there is a thread about that somewhere on here.

IIRC the only one plug and play is the 027 to answer that question and you might need bigger injectors.

Its a AFM, not a MAF.

      Make the car run.

Will make car not run. Will run really bad at the track.

        Thanks,

Thanks for the input, was wondering where the thread was, but if the car will not run, I won't bother,

The AFM isn't a restriction on a eta.

The tiny ass intake ports in the head, small valves, and the small intake manifold runners are the problems.

This is "post of the year" material.

I think we need to make a "Megasquirt" version of this as well.
