Intake manifold wont come off?

I cant take off my intake manifold, i have taken of the 12 bolts that hold the mani to the head, plus the fuel rail ect, its loose i can pull it out maybe 1-2 cm but it gets stuck i think on the auto trans dip stick.



its an 88' 320i if that makes any difference

Yep. Bitch tube is the tube that goes from the bottom of the manifold to the block

1. whats the deal with getting the crank case breather tube off i cant push it down?

2. the mani is hard up against that bloody dip stick as in it wont have enough clearance to get off the stud bolt

Spray a penetrating oil, like BPlaster or Kroil on both ends of the tube. Then rotate the tube while pushing down against the spring. Be sure to use new o-rings on the tube when re-installing the manifold.
