Yeah looks like there should have been a bracket of some sort that holds the hose back from the fan but isn't there now so I'm going to gonna use a good ol zip tie:p

Ok guys I found my problem at idle the fan doesn't hit anything but I guess when moving the fan was hitting the one collant hose well yesterday it chopped a hole in the hose

An incorrectly tensioned belt can do that. When installed they may have been tight, but they slightly stretched and now are mildly slipping. A re-tension of the belts may solve it.

It's possible that your accessory pulleys have some mounting issue. This can happen with alternators, the rubber bushing disintegrates and the alternator goes out of alignment with the rest of the engine, putting the pulley at an angle, which can cause screeching.

spray the pulley one by one and see if the noise goes away when you hit one of them..also try spraying the fan/fan clutch..and if it goes away when you spray which ever one then theres a high possibility that the one that u sprayed and it stopped is bad

get some belt conditioner and spray each belt one by one and see if it stops..could also be a fan clutch..check ur mounts like he said and see if your fan is touching anything

I was soraying belt conditioner on the old bwlts yo stol the noise but I shouldn't have to with new belts?
