get some belt conditioner and spray each belt one by one and see if it stops..could also be a fan clutch..check ur mounts like he said and see if your fan is touching anything

Well it shouldn't be the timing belt when I bought the car the guy showed me reciepts of having a new time belt put in..

A bad bearing on some rotating part on the front of the engine would be a likely candidate. Or the motor mounts could be bad and the fan is rubbing on the shroud.

You better hope it's not a timing belt. That's a belt too. If it goes, your engine goes boom.
You can hit pulleys with some wd-40 and sometimes they will quite down.

Screaching from engine bay
There was a screaching/squealing from the engine bay so I replace the old belts and now the squealing stoped but I guess the screaching wasn't in the belts all the new ones run great are tight like suppossed to be amd there the right ones so what woild make a screaching sound? Goes in and out I think I've only ever heard it when driving and not when at a stop sign or just sitting there. Thanks in advance!
