Help me get this car running finally :(

I finally finished a head gasket change along with a 5 speed swap throughout a week between class times and work schedule. Through all the cuts and numerous sailor words used, I was finally excited to finally fire it up; but, here are a couple things I am stuck on.

    Coolant leak:
Upon filling the engine up with new coolant after I flushed it by hosing down the thermostat with a garden hose while the drain plug was out. I finally tried to top it off with coolant and noticed two things:

    - 2 coolant leaks: one from the coolant line that connects to the reservoir tank (specifically where it "T" offs to the thermo and heater core on firewall) and a constant drip that is coming from the crankshaft side which I think may be my water pump yes?
I do remember installing a gasket with my new water pump; but, I did not install an O-ring which I found in the box which looked like may have fit. Could this be the reason it may be leaking?

-the coolant hose from the reservoir tank is definitely filled with coolant and is definitely hard to press. All other hoses I can still squeeze while this one cannot.
    What is the issue here?

    Car won't start:

-I wired my car using the plug and play method: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=120917

I did not do anything with that "Orange" relay though shown in that picture since I did not read anything to do on it. Is there a reason the person took a picture ofi t?

-Also, regarding my starter. I had four wires. I connected the two bigger gauge wires "BLACK" and "RED" to the same stud, and two more wires, a "BLACK" and "BLACK/YELLOW" wire to a smaller stud on the starter as well
Not sure if this is wired correctly but my windows still roll up and down.

Please r3v, this definitely has been a love/hate relationship with myself and the e30 and I just want to enjoy it as a 5 speed already! haha. Thanks in advance everyone!

Does anything at all happen when u turn the key
All the five speed swap write ups are complicated by trying to make the cruise control work. Im pretty sure as long as you connected the black wire your car would start. All the other wires are for reverse lights and break lights but you can mess all those up and still have a running 5 speed swap

The big black and large'ish red wire should be on the same stud on the starter. The black/yellow wire goes to the starter solenoid and the other wire to the unloader switch.

The coolant leak at the reservoir could be a loose clamp, bad hose or a cracked reservoir.

The other leak could be from the water pump or thermostat housing. There is no o-ring used on the pump.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

        Thanks for the replies.

When I turn the key it just keeps tuning.

Also, regarding the starter solenoid. The solenoid would be the bigger part of the starter where the large brown (I'm assuming ground) comes out of and connects to the stud, correct? Because I don't see anything to connect the black/yellow wire to that.

I also connected the coolant hoses from the small port on the bottom
Of the thermostat to the little nipple to the rear of the engine beneath the intake manifold. That is ok yes ?
