Rewiring condenser fan to radiator temp sensor?

I heard that some people have rewired their condenser fan to kick on when the radiator temperature sensor hits 80C. Is there a DIY anywhere for this? I searched but couldn't find it. (had to remove my S52 engine fan due to huge radiator taking up that space.)
