Help me diagnose all my problems?

No crank (assuming its my alternator/battery obviously)
Gas gauge flickers quite a damn bit (old wiring?)
After about 5 minutes idling/3 minutes driving it bogs down (I think it's the ignition leads, they get ridiculously hot after a driving)
Rear driver's window doesn't go up, just down

Those are my only issues with the car as of now. I would love some input from some experienced people!

Crank could be a bad battery, a dead battery, a bad ground/hot lead to the starter, a bad starter...
The gas gauge flickering is commonly caused by the little nut on the back (which grounds it) can become loose and/or corroded, so pulling the gauge panel and cleaning/tightening that should help.
Bogging down...not as sure about that one, don't want to guess and send you the wrong way.
The rear window track is probably sticky so it can't overcome the extra load of moving the window up. What year is your car? If it's an early model, the window motor tracks are known to get sticky.

      It's a 91, so late model.

I've sorta got an idea for the bogging, after checking the resistance on the ignition leads it was fairly high even when cold, so when they warm up it gets even higher.

I've got similar problem with driver rear window. Goes up (or down) fine with switch on rear door so not sticky tracks. Problem is only with going up from switch on center console.

Could be the switch itself. You can actually disassemble and clean the contacts in the switch, it might be worth looking for a DIY on that and trying it out.

            Good suggestion. Thanks
I've switched the back and front switches. Problem remains with operation at center console. It has got to be wiring. Apparently, switch controls grounding of window motor. Wiring diagrams show different grounding points for up / down operation. Got to be fault in up wiring / ground.
