    diagnose a noise

so my eta has developed an intermitent noise that kind of sounds like a hamster wheel squeeling when it turns. sounds like it's comming from under the car not the engine compartment. does not do it when the car is not moving so i'm ruling out csb. no oil leaking anywhere and she runs great. oh yea, she's an eta manual.

Jack it up and spin the wheels, listen to the wheel bearings.

Does the sound change with the clutch engaged / disengaged?
