I'm not exactly sure from your picture. Is that the wiring coming from the compressor to the car or is it coming from the car's wiring harness?

In any case, there are either one or three wires that go out to the compressor.

A single wire activates the compresor clutch. The compressor ground is through the bolts that attach it to the engine.

The other two wires (if you have them) are for a compressor temperature overheat sensor switch. This basically turns off the compressor if it gets too hot. Not all compressors have that feature. Mine doesn't - but I would think it is just wired in series with the compressor clutch wire.

          Hope this helps!

The one in the picture is coming from the compressor. So once I have the compressor mounted on , the clutch should be able to kick in ,correct?

              correct.

You can test it in advance by applying a 12V source to the wire and grounding the body of the compressor. If its working properly, the clutch should engage.
