    Tank is 3/4 full. Although I personally think maybe the pump may have started to deteriorate, causing debris. I don't really have any evidence to confirm this.

      Take a flash light and a stick, pull out your in-tank pump and slosh the fuel around at the bottom while shining the flash light. If it gets very cloudy, you've found your problem.

      Rust/debris in the tank will kill the pumps. Mine killed two before I knew what happened. It's usually accompanied by a loud whining external pump (as previously mentioned).

      If that comes up with nothing, I'll give the typical jlevie response and say tee in a fuel gauge at the rail. Zip tie or trap it under the wiper blade, don't close your hood fully, and see what the fuel pressure does when you experience the problem.
