BEHR is an OE supplier for BMW so I would say original, just missing the fan shroud.

yep but he was talking about the shroud for the fan that attaches to the fan clutch on the front of the engine...not the acc fan

That is an original radiator, yes. Replacement Behr items now a says don't have any protection around the fitting for the small bleed hose on the right side like your original does... the nipple is just kind of hanging out in space waiting to be broken off.

Will not cool properly without a shroud.Take care--A fellow could loose a finger way too easily. Cheap junk yard fix.

Yup. It'll come on when you run the A/C or if the coolant gets too hot. Not just a little too hot, but scary-close to meltdown hot. Get a shroud on there if you want the clutch fan to do you any good, or ditch the clutch fan altogether and get a nice electric fan setup.

I´ve bought the shroud, and i will get a revision on the radiator.
If this doesn´t solve my problem...
                Hope it work.
                Thanks people.

I haven't had the fan shroud on mine for years and have no problem.

The shroud increases the efficiency of the main fan at low speeds. Not having it isn't really a problem, but it helps.
