Windows and lights randomly stopped working

So today I went to role up my window and it rolled up a lot slower than normal. I just figured it was the battery since it had been sitting for a while. Then I went to rolled it back down and it was slow too and then it wouldn't roll up. The passenger window won't work either now and I've never had a problem with it before.

My headlights also stopped working but my turn signals and brake lights work.

I have no idea what could be wrong. All my other electronics work perfectly fine.

Are you sure your battery is charging properly? I'd start with checking the voltage coming from the alternator. I had this problem with my car as well a time back from sitting. Windows worked real slow and then stopped and no lights. lights suck up alot of juice. get a volt meter and test for voltage from battery too. should be in the 13-14 range when running.

              all fuses are good.

I should also note that I'm in the middle of swapping a head on so the head is currently off. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.

I know that in my E28 recently that I was having a similar problem. Turns out my unloader relay was on the way out.
