    eta ecu?

i thought that the ecu that came out of a 1986 325es ended with "027". the ecu that i just pulled out of my car to put in the new chipped 027 ecu was coded "0 265 103 004" and was about half the size of the 027 ecu. can anyone enlighten me?

are you sure that is not the abs computer? the only thing I came up with was http://www.pro-g-competition.com/piecedetachenet.htm

I acnt really read it, but centralle abs for an m3 is what I assume. Where did you pull the ecu from in your car?
