Planning to refresh the m20, which parts to get?

My car is coming up on 200k and I would like to give it a refresh sometime soon. I am not looking to spend a ton on balancing and machine work. I don't need it. I would just like to give it a refresh to make it last longer, and to fix the small oil leaks and such. So which parts would you guys recommend?
I was thinking head gasket set, block gasket set, piston ring set, and rod/main bearings. Is there anything else you would recommend that is essential(meaning possible failure soon).

Also, will I need to replace the rod and main bolts when I change the bearings or just the rod bolts?

At 200k that motor is barely broken in.

I'd just replace the gaskets unless you have a specific reason for replacing the bearings etc.
