    AC water leak.

It appears as if condensation is leaking onto my passenger side carpet and it really sucks. It looks like the leak is happening under the evap valve. Only happens with the AC on. Any ideas? I am getting condensation dripping to the road as normal operation so I don't know why its leaking onto my carpet

I took a look at the rubber boot and it seemed to be in tact. Here's a video. Im not running the black insulation box that goes around the evaporator/expansion valve. I know it has a little gasket that possibly prevents condensation from falling to the carpet. Could that be it?

Yes. That's exactly it. Need to install the cover.
When in doubt, install it as designed.
